Alex‑12 is designed to keep the impact and scale you expect from high sensitivity systems, while staying smooth and balanced for long sessions. Vocals lock in, instruments separate easily, and the presentation stays coherent even off‑axis.

Bi‑Radial Wooden Horn + 1.4" Compression Driver

This is the heart of Alex‑12.

Passive or Active

  • Our speakers are available in both passive and active versions—and both are built to the same high standard. The passive model is a classic, flexible setup that lets you pair the speakers with your favorite external amp and keep the signal chain simple.

  • The active version uses Hypex Fusion modules: high-end Class-D amplification with onboard DSP. This allows us to tune the crossover and time/phase alignment with greater precision, while also eliminating the need to buy a separate amplifier. In practice, you’re getting amplification and control that can outperform many standalone amps in the same price range—built directly into the speaker for a cleaner, more optimized system.
