Warranty & Support

All SHAKUTO Audio speakers are built by hand and individually tested before shipping.
We stand behind our work and offer a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What is covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • driver failures caused by manufacturing defects;

  • crossover and internal wiring failures not caused by misuse or modification;

  • structural defects of the cabinet (such as joints coming apart or finish lifting) that are not related to impact or improper handling.

If you experience an issue that you believe to be a warranty problem, please contact us with:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the issue;

  • clear photos or videos, and any measurements if available.

We will review the information and may offer remote troubleshooting, send replacement parts, or request that you send the product (or part of it) in for inspection and repair.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by misuse, abuse, or operation outside normal listening conditions (including sustained clipping, overpowering, or running the speakers into distortion);

  • damage caused by impact, drops, liquids, extreme temperatures, or improper packing during re-shipping;

  • cosmetic wear and tear (minor scratches, dents, or marks) occurring after delivery;

  • damage resulting from modifications, repairs, or alterations by anyone not authorized by SHAKUTO Audio;

  • sound character, room interaction, or personal preferences (for example: “too bright”, “too much bass”, “not enough detail”).

Warranty service and shipping

If a product needs to be returned for warranty inspection or repair:

  • You are responsible for shipping the product to us, properly packed and, ideally, insured.

  • If the problem is confirmed to be a warranty-covered defect, we will repair or replace the product or defective part. In some cases, we may cover or share the cost of return shipping back to you, at our discretion.

We are always happy to provide guidance on packing and shipping to minimize the risk of transport damage.

Legal rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.
You may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
